At Capital Lending Centre we believe that training is not one size fits all, which is why we’ve customized and designed our training to meet the needs and requirements of agents throughout various stages in their career.
Training should start from the day you join a company and we believe this so much that our training begins with a 5 phase on boarding process. Get to know the people, who manages what, learn the tools, systems and philosophies so that you know and are comfortable with the company you work for.
CLC Success Path
An 8 session, 4 week program dedicated to bring new agents up to speed not only as agents...but as entrepreneurs. We start this 4 weeks by talking about underwriting basics and fundamentals like taking and application and interviewing a client - then talk about the foundations of sales, the role of a mortgage agent and what your looking to achieve with your clients and partners. We then turn the focus inward on helping agents determine their WHY, why are they in this business, what is it that your looking to achieve and what are your goals.
If your company doesn’t know what drives you and what your individual vision of success is...then how do they expect to get you to your goal?
We then tackle an often little talked about area...the physical, mental, financial and emotional pressures of this business and how to navigate through them. We end this by using all the info and working together in creating a one on one business plan and taking your goals and breaking them down into monthly, weekly and daily targets.

Keeping all agents informed, up-to-date and educated is a priority. We offer regular in-house training where we cover: sales, products, technology, lenders, fundamentals and company info. Guest speaker, in-house specialists and mentors are all involved to create a sharing and education platform unlike any other.
Professional Sales Coaching
Our agents are able to participate exclusively in a monthly sales training and mentorship program with a leading Canadian Real Estate and Mortgage sales coach.
